We appreciate your patience as we verify your Métis Citizenship prior to verifying your attendance for the Annual General Assembly. All information will be verified by the Registry Office and could take up to two weeks to complete. Once verified, attendees will be sent an email once your attendance is verified.

For those with hotel reservations in our rooming blocks, paid parking will be available at the Westin hotel. Additionally, there are off-site parking options located nearby.

We are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe and protected. All attendees will be asked to self test daily for COVID-19 on the lower level of the Delta prior to entering the event. More details about this process to come.

All attendees are strongly recommended to wear masks throughout the event.  The hotel will set up sanitizing stations, and high-traffic touchpoints will be sanitized frequently.

Complimentary childcare will be provided for children 0-12 years during the event. Please indicate you require childcare during your registration.  Further details for childcare including drop off location will be provided closer to the event.
